A|M Fitness Strongman Challenge Event 4 – Farmers Carry

The next event we’re going to practice is the farmer’s carry. Again, you will participate in your group and race your selected weight 50 feet as fast as you can. Also, again, week 1 will be skill & technique and the following week we will load the handles.
