Best Me Yet Results, Barb

Over the course of the 10 week challenge, Barb Friedman lost 8.4 lbs of body fat mass and a total of 12.1 lbs of bodyweight. Not only did the scale reveal an amazing physical transformation, but Barb also changed her mindset and lifestyle habits to support her goals. Throughout the process, Barb maintained a positive attitude and willingness to change and adapt her eating habits.


There were times when Barb had social engagements with lots of food and drinks, but she chose to make good food decisions and the scale reflected those decisions. Barb took ownership of prepping her meals and crushed all of her workouts.  Amazing job, Barb!
