A|M Strongman Challenge Event 3 – Yoke Carry

The next event we’re going to practice is the Yoke Carry. Again, you will participate in your group and race your selected weight 50 feet as fast as you can. Also, again, week 1 will be skill work and the following week we will load the yoke.
