Youth Training

OUR GOAL, SIMILAR TO OUR ADULT CLIENTS, IS TO DELIVER RESPONSIBLE PROGRAMMING TO OUR YOUTH CLIENTS. THIS WILL START WITH AGE APPROPRIATE WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO GET YOUR CHILD ACTIVE, KEEP THEM HEALTHY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN WHILE EXERCISING!

Youth Training Programs

Ages 7-9

Ages 7-10

Through game play, we will teach proper form for various movements such as squats, jumping, balancing, stopping, and turning in a fun environment. It is important for young athletes to establish fundamental athletic skills, build proper movement patterns, and improve motor coordination. This will be achieved through games, such as, relay races, tag, Simon Says, catching and throwing.

Ages 10-13

Ages 11-13

Through this program, athletic skills and proper form will be developed through game play, with an introduction to strength training to build proper movement patterns and improve coordination. We will focus on fundamental movements such as squatting, hinging, jumping, cutting, turning, balance, throwing, and catching.

Ages 14-17

Ages 14-17

The focus of the training program is to develop athletic skills to improve strength, speed, power, and coordination in a fun environment. The workouts will be full body strength, stability, and power focused on proper form and technique for movements such as squatting, hinging, jumping, landing, cutting, and turning.

SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

We make sure your child moves well before starting any workout by teaching them proper technique and form. Once moving well, workouts will include movement patterning, agility, strength movements, and gameplay. Your child will start each workout with a dynamic warm-up that has been designed to complement the upcoming workout. Following this will be some core and activation work, and then the workouts to follow.

All workouts are done in a group setting. We will provide a fun, yet challenging atmosphere that allows your child to exercise with other children of the same age and ability.
