Week 5 is known as our "Recovery Week". Sessions during this week are designed to help your mind and body recover, and gear up for the upcoming challenges. We offer mobility based workouts, workshops to educate you on the upcoming training phase, and core workouts during the week. This allows you to continue to move, but recover your body enough to be ready for the next training phase.
